Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless for any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to buyer’s installation or use/misuse of products purchased from JC Racing. Dealers have been known to void warranties due to installation of performance parts. JC Racing assumes no responsibility, and therefore, all parts are to be installed at the purchaser's own risk.

  • Return Policy

  • All returns must include RMA number. To obtain the RMA number you must fill out the contact us form with the reason for return. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom Engine Work / Machine Work may not be returned for refunds, this includes but is not limited to Engines, Headwork, Flywheels.

    Order Cancellations: If the order is cancelled by the customer AT ANY TIME, Paypal fees are non-refundable due to Paypal's updated policy (2019). If JC Racing cancels the order due to extenuation circumstances, a full refund will be given.

    Shipping labels are non refundable.
